2． 招标设备名称、数量、技术要求和交货期：
数控卧式加工中心 1台套 主轴直径150mm,工作台2000mm×2500mm
交货期（CIF）：合同签订后15个月内。
供货范围：投标商提供本标书第八章货物需求一览表及技术规格中规定的主机及相关辅助设备，提供保证期内的备件、易损件、专用工具、安装调试指导、技术资料、负责对业主操作及维修人员的技术培训。
3． 有兴趣的合格投标人可从中煤招标有限责任公司得到进一步的信息和查阅招标文件。
4.投标人须知和合同条款中的条文是商务部机电司标准机电产品采购国际竞争性招标文件中的条文。
5．有兴趣的投标人可从2008年8月28日起每天 (节假日除外) 9：00-16：00 (北京时间)在招标机构购买招标文件，本招标文件售价为1000元人民币或135美元，售后不退 (邮购须另加国内邮寄费100元人民币或国外邮寄费50美元)。
6．所有投标书应于2008年9月18日09:00时(北京时间)之前递交到张家口市金桥宾馆。
7．定于 2008年9月18日09:00时(北京时间)，在张家口市金桥宾馆公开开标。届时请参加投标的代表出席开标仪式。

1. China Coal Tendering Co., Ltd., (hereinafter called “Tendering Agent or CCTC”), who is authorized and entrusted by the Owner i.e. China Coal Zhangjiakou Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called Buyer), inviting by way of International Competitive Bid the eligible Bidders to submit their bids for Digital Controlled Horizontal Machining Center and relevant services.
2. Equipment Description, quantity, major specifications and delivery time:
Digital Controlled Horizontal Machining Center 1 set
Diameter of main shaft: 150mm, work platform: 2000mm x 2500mm
Delivery Time (CIF): Within 15 months after contract signing
Scope of Supply：
Bidders should be responsible for manufacture, supply of the whole equipment and its accessories according to requirements of Section 8. Bidders are also required to provide spare parts and consumables for the warranty period, special tools, instruction to installation and commissioning, training to Buyer’s personnel and operation manuals, drawings and other materials.
3. Sellers who are interested in this project can get more information from CCTC.
4. “Instructions To Bidders” and “Terms and Conditions of Contract” are from The Bidding Documents For ICB Procurement of Mechanic & Electronic Products made by Mechanic & Electronic Products Import & Export Department of Ministry of Commerce of P.R.C.
5. Sellers who are interested in this project are kindly requested to contact CCTC for obtaining Bidding Documents between 9:00 a.m. to 16:00 p.m. on working days from August 28, 2008, Beijing time (Weekend and holidays excepted), in the address below, upon non-refundable payment of RMB1000.00 or USD150.00 each package (For Bidders who require the Bidding documents by mail, post charges in China will be RMB100.00, while outside China the post charges will be USD50.00).
6. The last date and time for receipt of bids by CCTC is at 09:00 (Beijing time) on September 18, 2008. Bids received after that date and time will not be accepted.
7. Bids will be opened in public at 09:00 (Beijing time) on September 18, 2008 in the Golden Bridge Hotel, Zhangjiakou, Hebei. All Bidders are kindly requested to be present at that time.
